Power hour đȘđŒ
I just got home from the gym, where I was on power hour. It's seriously so fun! But at the same time really exhausting. You do eleven different exercises in about eleven-seven minutes. Every exercise you do in 45-25 seconds and then 10-15 seconds rest. You do it in three loops with the same exercise, first one is 45 seconds exercise and 10-15 seconds rest, second one is 35 seconds exercise and 10-15 seconds rest, third one is 25 seconds and 10-15 seconds rest. You guys should really try it out!
